Lindt opens new chocolate shop in retail expansion
Lindt is to open its latest UK chocolate shop this week, adding to its growing store estate with a new site in the Cotswolds Designer Outlet.
The Swiss chocolatier’s 26th standalone UK store officially launches on Wednesday 16 July and will bring the brand’s signature pick & mix, hot chocolates, and exclusive outlet offers to the new countryside shopping destination.
The 1,318 sq ft site will also feature a Lindt Chocolate Bar with ice cream, milkshakes and coffee specialities alongside its extensive range of chocolate products.
To mark the opening, the first 100 customers spending £10 or more will receive a complimentary goodie bag filled with the chocolate brand’s products.
“We’re thrilled to be opening our 26th Lindt Chocolate Shop in the heart of the British countryside,” said Lindt UK retail d2c & e-commerce director Faythe King.

“The Cotswolds is a highly sought-after destination for visitors and tourists from across the UK and beyond, so to have a permanent presence at the brand-new Designer Outlet felt like a natural next step for us.”

Lindt said the Cotswolds store would offer more than just chocolate shopping, as part of a wider premium experience at the retail destination, which includes other premium brands, indoor and outdoor play areas, picnic zones and a dedicated dog walking route.
The opening also follows the launch of Lindt’s new flagship store at London’s Piccadilly Circus earlier this year.

It would be great if you could bring back the Peanut Butter. It was amazing and I miss it so much. Please bring it back.
How come there’s not one opening in The Trafford Centre in Manchester? Hotel Chocolate have opened one there would be nice Lindt Chocolate is my favourite especially coconut 🥥 😋

We love shopping at the store in Lee,Mass the manger Sergio is tops. He always greets us with a smile and remember us. The store is clean and we’ll stocked. He makes cashing out a breeze. We look forward to seeing him and getting our chocolates at least 3 times a year.
