Aunt Bessie’s has launched new festive ‘Star Yorkshires’ to sit alongside its traditional Yorkshire Puddings this Christmas.
The packs will be available in Asda, Iceland, Heron Foods and Farmfoods from mid-October and feature eight Yorkshire puddings.
Aunt Bessie’s brand manager, Charlotte Vause, said: “We know that our consumers have roast dinners for special meal occasions, so our team have worked hard to create these new, extra special star-shaped Yorkshire puddings with perfect crispiness in every bite whilst still offering convenience, easy to prepare, and ready in five minutes Yorkshires.”

The packaging for the new product was created by design agency Sun Branding, which has partnered with Aunt Bessie’s for the past five years.
Sun Branding design director, Claire Hoe, said: “The photography style aligned with core products for brand consistency, ensuring the shape of the puddings were hero for differentiation.”
Sun Branding creative director, Si Inman, added that the brand wanted to make Aunt Bessie’s icon “even more relatable to customers” by adding a Christmas hat.
“We simplified the pack hierarchy and modernised Aunt Bessie herself back in 2018, so we felt the time was right to include a touch of additional fun for this festive launch.”
