Illva Saronno Holding rebrands as Disaronno Group
Illva Saronno Holding has rebranded as Disaronno Group as part of a strategic push to strengthen its global identity and simplify its business structure.
The group said the move would help it communicate its purpose more clearly under the mission “Celebrate Il Buon Vivere Together”, reflecting its focus on heritage, quality, conviviality and shared experiences.
The rebrand follows a year of growth for the business, which posted turnover of €370m in 2025, up around 3 per cent against the previous year.
Disaronno Group said 70 per cent of its turnover is now generated outside Italy, with its distribution network spanning almost 160 countries.
The business is also continuing to expand through acquisitions, including Amaro Averna and Zedda Piras, which were announced at the end of 2025 and are expected to complete before the summer.
Under the new structure, Disaronno Group will operate across three divisions covering spirits, wines and ingredients.
Its spirits division, which accounts for nearly two thirds of turnover, will sit under the Disaronno International brand. It includes Disaronno, Disaronno Velvet, Tia Maria, The Busker Irish Whiskey, Engine Gin, Sagamore Rye, Rabarbaro Zucca, Artic Vodka, Isolabella Limoncello and Sambuca.
Disaronno Ingredients will continue to represent the group’s ice cream business, which accounts for 27 per cent of turnover. The division offers semi-finished products for ice cream and bakery, alongside related accessories.
The group’s wine division will operate under the new Duca Wines umbrella brand and accounts for 11 per cent of turnover. It brings together Italian wine brands including Duca di Salaparuta, Florio and Corvo.
Disaronno Group chief executive Marco Ferrari said: “The transition to Disaronno Group represents a natural evolution of our journey.
“This new corporate identity strengthens the group by enhancing the shared values that unite our companies and by enabling a more scalable organisation with an increasingly premium and structured profile.
“Choosing an iconic and recognisable name like Disaronno allows us to look to the future while maintaining a strong connection to our roots.
“With this new identity, we reinforce our international vision and our ability to consistently express the values that guide us.
“Celebrate ‘Il Buon Vivere’ Together is not simply a mission, but the principle that inspires all our activities and relationships.”
The group said the rebrand would support its ambition to grow further across global markets while combining tradition, innovation and a more structured international platform.
