One Stop has cut or held the prices of 61 everyday products as part of a new value campaign, with reductions of up to 17 per cent.

The convenience retailer said the move will see almost 40 per cent of the products included in the range priced below £1.

The “Prices Kept Low” campaign spans a range of categories including grocery, bakery and other everyday essentials. One Stop said holding and cutting the prices is designed to provide greater consistency for shoppers.

The move comes as convenience retailers continue to face pressure to demonstrate value against larger supermarkets, while consumers remain focused on household budgets and the cost of their weekly shop.

One Stop has previously used price-locking and price-drop campaigns to target everyday products and strengthen its value proposition. Its Low Everyday Prices campaign has included own-label products alongside established brands across categories including fresh food, store cupboard, snacking and household.

Last year, One Stop pledged to support customers with its ‘Big Brands Low Prices’ value campaign, which saw over 100 brands available at reduced prices.

The latest price investment reinforces the retailer’s focus on maintaining competitive pricing while offering shoppers access to everyday products closer to home.
