Heineken has announced the appointment of Harold van den Broek as chief financial officer.
He joins the executive board and succeeds Laurence Debroux, who will step down after the AGM on 22 April.
Broek is currently president of Reckitt Benckiser and will take up his new position with the brewer from 1 June.

Broek has experience in the FMCG sector spanning over 30 years.
He started his career in Unilever in 1991 and has been with Reckitt Benckiser since 2014.
Debroux said that working at Heineken for six years had been a “privilege”.
“I would like to thank Laurence for her many contributions to Heineken, both as CFO and as fellow Executive Board member,” chief executive Dolf van den Brink said.
“Most recently, she played a key role in steering the company through the Covid-19 crisis and shaping EverGreen, our strategic direction for the company.”
