7UP unveils summer promotion and marketing campaign
7UP has launched a major on-pack promotion, the latest installment in its ‘Refreshment That Hits Different’ marketing campaign.
Running from June until September, the summer promotion includes a £5,000 cash prize. Other prizes include Reward Choice e-gift cards, which can be used to claim items such as an Instax Mini camera or JBL portable speaker.
This move aims to increase sales and visibility among Gen-Z shoppers over the summer.
David Laidler, brand director of carbonates at Carlsberg Britvic, said: “There’s nothing quite like the crisp, refreshing taste of 7UP to elevate a moment, but this summer we want to take this to the next level.

“With bold, eye-catching packs and a campaign designed to stand out, we’re here to spark excitement this summer and invite a new generation of Gen Z shoppers to get involved. The promotion will give retailers a powerful proposition to drive sales with a strong incentive to purchase and highlight that 7UP is ready to UP-lift any moment.”
The promotion will run across the brand’s zero sugar range, including eight-can multipacks, 500ml plain packs and two litre plain pack bottles.
Shoppers will be able to enter the giveaway by purchasing any promotional product and scanning the QR code on the pack for a chance to win.
This initiative will be backed by a multi-million-pound campaign across OOH, radio, digital and social media platforms.
Additionally, 7UP will launch in-store activations which are designed to promote the drink’s role as ‘Refreshment That Hits Different’.
