Nisa names PepsiCo sales director as new head of partnerships
Nisa has appointed PepsiCo sales director Paul Webster as its new head of partnerships as part of the convenience retailer’s commitment to driving innovation within its strategic partner base.
He will join director of retail and sales Katie Secretan’s leadership team, taking on the role of managing the company’s largest corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
Webster will also be actively involved in developing and delivering Nisa’s strategic sales plan, driving collaboration across the Co-op’s wholesale business unit and unlocking longer term growth.
During his tenure at PepsiCo, Webster held several key positions, including his most recent appointment as sales director for Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.

Prior to this, in 2019, he took on responsibility for the global food and beverage firm’s convenience business, overseeing the development and execution of commercial strategies for major brands.
Secretan said: “Paul’s extensive experience in managing high-profile accounts, building strategic partnerships, and leading successful teams will be invaluable as we continue to drive our ambitious growth plans.
“His passion for collaboration and proven ability to deliver exceptional results are going to be crucial for this pivotal role and I’m thrilled to welcome Paul to the team.”
Webster added: “The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a business that is so deeply rooted in supporting and growing its corporate partners and independent retailers is incredibly motivating, and I’m looking forward to joining a team that is at an important and exciting part of its growth journey.”
It comes as last month, it was announced that Nisa Retail managing director Peter Batt and commercial director Ayaz Alam are set to leave the business.
Co-op managing director for B2B and growth Jerome Saint-Marc will oversee day-to-day operations and Co-op commercial director Sinead Bell will manage the company’s commercial team alongside her current responsibilities before new appointments are made.
