Ocado partners with Holland & Barrett to expand health and wellness ranges

Ocado Retail is partnering with Holland & Barrett to expand its health and wellness offer, marking the first time a mainstream high street retailer, apart from M&S, will be available via the online supermarket.

From today (2 January), Ocado will be adding more than 300 Holland & Barrett products in the coming weeks, allowing customers to shop for vitamins, supplements, food, beauty, and sports nutrition during their regular grocery shop.

The partnership looks to give the grocer’s customers a greater choice of products to support healthier lifestyles by streamlining holistic health and wellness shopping.

Products that will be listed on Ocado.com from this month include own-brand items such as Holland & Barrett Castor Oil, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Pure Cod Liver Oil, and Marine Collagen, alongside A-Z Multivitamins and PE Performance Whey Chocolate.

Ocado chief commercial officer Amit Chitnis said: “We already have a great range of health and wellness products – including branded, Ocado Own Brand and of course M&S – but with many customers looking for even more choice in this area, we are delighted to now add Holland & Barrett, a specialist in this space and a well-respected and trusted high street retailer.

“This partnership allows our customers to get everything for their nutrition and wellness needs conveniently delivered by Ocado, from apples to ashwagandha. The new range showcases the best of Holland & Barrett and is designed to cater to a wide variety of health shopping missions.”
