Both Knox and Shearer began their new roles this month.

Nisa head of retail Victoria Lockie said: “I recently visited a number of stores in Scotland and saw what fantastic potential there is for Nisa to enhance our operations in Scotland. Phil and Fiona bring with them a wealth of experience in independent retail and I’m delighted they have chosen to be part of the Nisa family.”

This comes as Nisa appointed Katie Secretan to its senior leadership team as director of sales and retail to help it become “the wholesale partner of choice”.

From mid-January 2024 Secretan will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and will be accountable for growth objectives through recruitment and retention across Nisa’s retail and wholesale partners.
