Iceland Foods is launching an exclusive range of Blue Dragon products for consumers looking for the takeaway alternative.
Launching on 28 August, the new range from the frozen food retailer includes 12 Asian items with updated packaging, with favourites such as Hoisin sauce half duck with pancakes (£7.00, 540g), sweet and sour chicken noodles, plus Blue Dragon’s twist new take on menu staples, like Hoisin and duck pizza (£3.50, 389g) and sweet chilli chicken pizza.
Starting at £3.50, half of the range is also available in Iceland’s 3 for £10 offer, offering value for customers shopping on a budget.
In its latest cost-savings initiative for summer, Iceland has also slashed the price of 200 products – where customers can save up to £3.75 across products such as Richmond Sausages, Greggs cheese and onion bakes, Lurpak and more.

Group buying director at Iceland Food Andrew Staniland said: “Nothing beats a Friday night family takeaway. But the price of one today means they’re out of reach for many families – especially those with lots of mouths to feed. Our exclusive new Blue Dragon range means families don’t have to miss out.
“With a range of delicious, affordable modern Asian foods to try that can be enjoyed on any day of the week, the range includes family favourites plus exciting new ones shoppers won’t find anywhere else.”
The news comes as Iceland has significantly reduced the price of baby formula (infant, follow-on and toddler) in a bid to support families and parents as the cost-of-living crisis continues.
