Cadbury to launch brand new chocolate bar flavour

Cadbury is set to launch a new limited-edition chocolate bar flavour across the UK.

The mint-flavoured Twirl will be rolling out in stores and online from 1 May at RRP 75p.

While the confectionary brand launched its Twirl chocolate bar in an orange flavour last year, this marks the first time that Cadbury has launched a mint varient in the UK.

“We are excited to be introducing Twirl Mint into the Cadbury brand family,” Cadbury Twirl brand manager, Frederike Grohmann told Birmingham Live.

“The minty flavours might transport you back to the 80s, but in its indulgently Twirly format we’re expecting mint chocolate fans will want to run to shops to try it.”

The brand is also offering a limited number of people the chance to be one of the first to try the bar as it will be giving away 1,000 Twirl Mints for free via social media.

This comes as Cadbury has also recently launched a new Dairy Milk Salted Caramel range in tablet, buttons and Cabdury Fingers formats, as well as a new Chocolate Topping Sauce as it looks to tap into the premium dessert market.
