Morrisons is giving away free Christmas cakes across its 397 cafés, as the supermarket looks to help spread festive cheer through the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
Available today (19 December) and tomorrow, café customers will be offered one free cake each when purchasing a hot or cold beverage.
Included in the deal are Christmas staples such as the We Love Cake Mince Pie and Ice Christmas Cake, as well as White Forest cake and Victoria Sponge cake.

“In the lead up to Christmas, we want to do all we can to spread some festive cheer and help make our customers’ shopping experience as enjoyable as possible,” Morrsions BREW buying manager, Emily Waite said.
“We’ve picked some of the most popular cakes to be included in the offer and hope our customers enjoy them.”
This follows on from Morrisons “permanent” price cuts on over half of its hot café meals last month, which looks to help its customers save amid the cost-of-living crisis.
The new prices now see fish and chips at £6.99, a burger and chips for £5.99 and a full breakfast for £5.99, each costing £1 less than the original price.
To lower costs further during the Christmas period, the grocery retailer has also slashed the price of home deliveries and increased the number of its click-and-collect slots ahead of the big day after demand from customers.
