According to the FCMG brand, one in three UK shoppers now feel its ‘important’ to buy sustainable groceries.

The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles are 100% fully recyclable through Baylis & Harding’s partnership with waste management company TerraCycle, and uses 80% less plastic.

“We’re constantly evolving and listening to the needs of our loyal customers,” Baylis & Harding head of marketing Katie Blythe said.

“It’s a step-by-step journey but, together, we are nurturing our luxury brands to be more sustainable, with the future generations in mind.”

She added: “Shopping sustainably does not mean you need to compromise on quality. Our new range of refillable handwashes not only contribute to protecting the planet, but also provide great value for our customers.

“Available in our timeless Signature scents, including our best-selling Sweet Mandarin & Grapefruit, these innovative solutions to eco-friendly bulk buying mean even the most conscious consumers won’t miss out when it comes to luxury hand care.”
