Drinks company Green Beverages has appointed Howard Prince-Wright as chairman with immediate effect.
Prince-Wright has over 30 years experience in the industry, having worked at Pepsi-Cola International as a director. He also held five CFO positions at alcohol company Diageo.
The appointment comes at an important stage of Green Beverage’s global expansion strategy, the company claims.
In recent months, Green Cola has expanded its footprint in the US through a new agreement with Walmart.com and has secured listings in the UK with Sainsbury’s, Amazon, and Holland & Barratt via its UK licensee.

“I’m delighted to join Green Beverages Group at such an exciting time for the business,” Prince-Wright said.
“The group owns an exceptional portfolio of brands, is run by a highly skilled team, and has clear growth potential. I look forward to supporting the leadership team to expand the business and realise the Group’s significant global opportunities.”
Green Beverages CEO Periklis Venieris added: “Howard’s blend of senior financial experience and background working within consumer facing brands makes him a strong fit for Green Beverages Group to help us drive forward our ambition to become one of the world’s leading soft drinks groups.
“I’m excited to work with someone of Howard’s calibre and established track record of delivering value and growth.”
