Jisp achieves milestone with Scan & Save in 150 stores nationwide

Online convenience platform Jisp has announced its Scan & Save solution has now reached 150 stores across the nation.

The savings technology helps convenience stores to increase their customer loyalty through discounts and rewards. When shoppers scan items with their Scan & Save app, promotions will appear that can be saved and redeemed.

As consumers battle the cost-of-living crisis, shoppers at Nisa, Londis, Budgens, Premier and Family Shopper stores have used the discount and reward app 260,000 times.

Since the saving solution was launched in September 2021, 142,000 vouchers have been issued with 122,000 redemptions averaging at 2.2 items and £4.72 in savings per visit.

Scan & Save users will receive further rewards when referring friends and family and exclusive 24-hour deals provided by Jisp.

Up to date offers and promotions will also be listed on the Scan & Save app and online with information on which stores these savings will be offered in.

As well as detailing offers, the app will show a products allergen information and reviews once scanned by the customer.

“We’re delighted by our key milestone and further validation of retailers seeking out Jisp to provide an exclusive way of shopping and obtaining discounts through our Scan & Save solution,” Jisp chief customer officer Greg Deacon said.

“The growth is exceptional, shopper adoption is quick and over 76% are repeat customers.”

“By end of 2022 we expect to achieve over 1,000 Scan & Save stores nationally through a network of Independent stores and fascias.”

The news comes as Jisp has forged a digital partnership with *shopt to deliver and bring transparency and alignment of investment and data from store shelf to shoppers baskets in convenience retail.
