Ben & Jerry’s has launched its first UK mall kiosk concept at Merry Hill.

The ice cream brand has opened a 270 sq ft kiosk near the centre’s recently renovated M&S store, positioned between Pandora and Beaverbrooks.

The launch marks Ben & Jerry’s first mid-mall presence in the UK, with the kiosk offering a selection of its ice cream flavours alongside cookie dough chunks, loaded desserts and shakes.

The brandvsaid the concept would bring its “euphoric” flavour range to Merry Hill shoppers in a more accessible, grab-and-go format.

The opening follows a strong year for Merry Hill’s food and beverage line-up, after brands including Burger & Sauce, Heavenly Desserts and Toledo Lounge joined its leisure quarter in 2025.

Redical said the arrival of Ben & Jerry’s reinforces the centre’s focus on attracting debut concepts and broadening its offer for a wide range of visitors.

Redical leasing manager Alistair Winning said: “The opening of globally recognised brand Ben & Jerry’s elevates the prime F&B line-up at Merry Hill, aligning with the centre’s diverse offer, and showcases our continued leasing strategy to provide guests with a distinctive and entertaining experience.

“The decision by such a prominent and internationally successful brand to debut its new concept here proves Merry Hill’s desirability, and position as a leading super-regional destination.”

Ben & Jerry’s UK head of franchising Chris Braeger added: “The decision to launch our first UK mall kiosk at Merry Hill was an easy one, given the destination’s vast catchment, high footfall and well-rounded, all-day experiential offer.

“To celebrate the opening, we will offer our Merry Hill fans the opportunity to try some of our euphoric cone-coctions on either a cup or a cone between 1-6pm on Wednesday 6th May for free, to welcome the community in true Ben & Jerry’s style, and make this a monumental moment for both Ben & Jerry’s and Merry Hill.”
