Aqua Libra rolls out variety pack

Infused sparkling water brand Aqua Libra has expanded its range by launching a 12 can variety pack across major retailers nationwide.

This is a strategic business move to meet the increasing demand for flavoured water alternatives as shoppers shift away from traditional soft drinks in favour of low-sugar beverages.

The new variety pack features four cans of the brand’s flavours, including Raspberry & Blackcurrant, Cucumber, Mint & Lime, Blood Orange & Mango, and Watermelon & Strawberry.

According to the business, 38 per cent of consumers look for new flavours to try out most or all of the time, and through a trial of the full range, the variety pack aims to encourage repeat purchase.

Russell Goldman, managing director of Breakthrough Brands at Carlsberg Britvic, said: “We know that consumers of all demographics are becoming more engaged with hydration and the associated health credentials, and consumers are beginning to explore the water category through new flavours.

“At Aqua Libra, we want to deliver great flavour choices without compromising on calories, artificial additives, and most importantly, taste.”

This move builds on the success of the brand’s individual flavours, including the recently launched Blueberry & Pomegranate flavoured sparkling water, which has boosted the sales rate for the company.

The Aqua Libra variety pack is now available on shelves at retailers including Waitrose and Ocado for a recommended retail price of £9.00.
