Rude Health launches Organic Coconut barista drink
Rude Health has launched an Organic Coconut Bastia Drink, as demand for dairy alternatives continues to grow.
The new coconut barista drink will arrive in Tesco, Waitrose and Amazon from 7 October onwards.
This drink joins Rude Health’s existing coconut range, which has seen sales increase by 17 per cent year on year, including chilled coconut with calcium which experienced a 24 per cent rise.
This launch also comes as shoppers are increasingly looking to recreate premium shopping experiences at home, and the amount of plant-based barista drinks increased by 27.5 per cent.

Research found that nearly a third of Brits (32 per cent) said they were creating more café-quality drinks at home, and 28 per cent of Brits agreed that plant-based barista drinks made their coffee feel more premium.
Within the plant-based market, coconut drinks have increased by 6.6 per cent in value over the past year, which outperformed the wider plant-based category and added more shoppers to the fixture.
The new drink was also designed to be used as a partner for both coffee and matcha to complement their natural flavours for shoppers looking for home-made drinks.
Sam Maguire, UK country manager at Rude Health, said: “We’re seeing fantastic momentum behind coconut, and we’ve always believed great taste starts with delicious, real ingredients. Our new Organic Coconut Barista brings the two together for people looking to create café-quality drinks at home.
“Made with real, organic coconut, it delivers a naturally creamy texture and silky foam, with no gums, additives or flavourings. It’s proof you don’t need a long ingredients list to deliver a brilliant barista experience.”
