Be Spring Iced Tea bringing “Scottish freshness” with D2C site and venue partnerships
A new sparkling iced tea, made with water from Scotland’s Loch Katrine, has been launched by former Diageo and Coco-Cola executives.
Be Spring Iced Tea has been unveiled by Oscar and Luke Grieve as they work to offer “something genuinely different”.
Made with no added sugar, no artificial ingredients or sweeteners, Be Spring Iced Tea is designed to be a “vibrant Scottish brand”.
Oscar Grieve, co-founder of Be Spring Iced Tea, said: “Growing up on the Isle of Mull, a small island off Scotland’s west coast, gave us a deep appreciation for nature, purity and quality ingredients.
“These values have shaped everything about Be Spring. Even the mountains on our cans are inspired by the landscape we grew up surrounded by. Our ambition is simple, to bring a feeling of that Scottish freshness to consumers across the UK and beyond.”

The brand’s website went live on Friday 31 July, with pre-orders officially open. Its first direct to customer deliveries will begin in early September.
Be Spring Iced Tea will be served in a number of sporting venues, including the home of Scottish Rugby Murrayfield Stadium, the PGA Tour, the British Masters and Burghley Horse Trials.
Cans in Apple with Hibiscus and Raspberry Black Tea will be available. Grieve noted that they hope to build momentum through the sports partnerships before launching into retail.
He added: “We’re excited by the possibility of working with one of the UK’s big four retailers in an exclusive capacity, giving them the opportunity to introduce an entirely new segment of sparking iced tea.”
