Dash reports record-breaking sales boosted by UK heatwave
Soft drinks brand Dash has reported record-breaking sales over the summer as the demand for healthier beverage options continues to rise.
During June the brand sold over 7m cans, delivering 70.8 per cent year-on-year sales growth and exceeding internal expectations by 25 per cent.
This performance marks the company’s strong month ever and contributes to 50.8 per cent year-to-date sales growth, which keeps Dash on track to sell over 50m cans worldwide in 2026.
The successful performance was driven by the UK’s June heatwave, with the hottest week of the month pushing the brand’s biggest ever sales across major grocery retailers including Tesco, Asda, Ocado and Waitrose.
Dash’s momentum continued throughout June, with strong double- and triple-digit growth at leading supermarkets as well as a significant rise at out-of-home and e-commerce sales.
The sales within the out-of-home channel grew by over 50 per cent compared to the same period last year.

Additionally, Whole Foods Market reported a significant increase during the heatwave, while Amazon had the strong trading periods as consumers stocked up.
Alex Wright, co-Founder of Dash Water said: “We’ve always believed consumers shouldn’t have to choose between taste and health.
“This summer has shown just how quickly that mindset is changing. As temperatures climbed, more people reached for drinks with simple ingredients and nothing artificial. Seeing our biggest month ever is a huge moment for the team and proof that consumers are embracing a new way to hydrate.”
This builds on the success of the brand’s marketing platform, The Drink That Has It All, its biggest media investment running during July.
