Tom Parker Creamery has partnered with British farm-owned co-operative First Milk to strengthen its push towards regenerative dairy and long-term supply chain sustainability.

The deal aims to bring two businesses with aligned goals, including advancing regenerative farming, improving rural communities and lowering the environmental footprint in their farming.

First Milk farmers use a regenerative approach which involves improving soil health, reducing carbon emissions and protecting natural water sources.

Tom Parker Creamery manufacturers a range of products, including added-value milk drinks and creams which are made from sustainably sourced farms, according to the business.

CEO of Tom Parker Creamery, Rob Yates, said: “The new partnership with First Milk allows us to support local British farms within a 90-mile radius of the creamery with a regeneratively farmed milk pool for the Tom Parker Creamery business.

“First Milk’s regenerative approach supports a fully traceable supply chain, underpinned by detailed field‑level understanding of environmental impact and the adoption of nature‑positive farming practices such as caring for hedgerows, rotational grazing, improving soil health and increasing plant diversity. Our partnership will allow us to scale sustainably while continuing to balance profit with purpose.”

The selected farmers will be supplying Tom Parker with grazing-based dairy, which is part of a broader commitment to welfare and responsible environmental practices.
