The Jolly Hog is launching a one-day London pop-up to celebrate its new sausage collaboration with Marmite and Colman’s.

The British meat brand will open The Jolly Hog Butchers in Clapham on Sunday 10 May, transforming a traditional butcher shop setting into an experiential activation centred on its latest range.

The pop-up has been created to showcase the brand’s new sausages, which combine The Jolly Hog’s pork products with two of the UK’s best-known condiment brands.

Visitors will be able to sample the sausages on-site, with a limited number of complimentary packs also available to take home.

The activation is designed to bring the campaign message of “banging British flavours meets proper British bangers” to life, while tapping into nostalgia around traditional butchers and British food occasions.

The Jolly Hog said the pop-up also reflects its wider strategy to engage shoppers beyond the supermarket shelf, using experience-led activity to drive trial, social sharing and word of mouth around new product launches.

The Jolly Hog co-founder Olly Kohn said: “We’ve always been obsessed with top-notch, good-quality food and the moments that come with it, from BBQs to brunches and everything shared with friends and family.

“Growing up, trips to the local butcher for proper, high-quality sausages were a big part of our lives, and ultimately what inspired us to start The Jolly Hog in the first place.

“So bringing that nostalgic butcher shop experience to life now feels like a real full circle moment.

“It’s the perfect way to celebrate our new sausage range, bringing together iconic British flavours for the perfect pairing, and we can’t wait to welcome people to The Jolly Hog Butchers.”

The one-day event will operate on a first come, first served basis, with limited product available.
