Convenience store chain Co-op has expanded its membership discounts to Just Eat, with loyalty card holders now able to access discounts on the delivery platform.

It is the first time a retailer has introduced membership price savings on the Just Eat platform.

Shoppers can now receive discounts of almost 37% across a range of 150 everyday products and essentials through Just Eat.

Gary Kisby, Co-op’s Q-commerce trading director, said: “We continually work to create new ways to deliver quality and value to our members and customers; it is a cornerstone of our online convenience approach.

The convenience retailer’s members can activate the savings by adding their loyalty card number to the  Co-op page on the Just Eat app.

This move builds on Co-op’s and Just Eat’s partnership, which was first launched in 2022 as a move to grow its commerce channel.

Some of the products part of the Co-op membership savings include the following:

  • Wholemeal farmhouse loaf – £0.89
  • Baked beans – £0.40

  • Eggs – £1.55
