Sidemen’s Best Cereal launches Squid Game-inspired Dalgona cookie
The Sidemen’s Best Cereal has teamed up with Netflix to launch a new Honeycomb Crisp cereal, inspired by Squid Game 2.
The special edition product’s flavour resembles that of a Dalgona Cookie, which has become popular following the Netflix Korean TV series, which saw participants required to remove specific shapes from the honeycomb toffee coin without breaking it.
Honeycomb Crisps is available now online at Best Breakfasts and will roll out to Morrisons from 20 January, priced at £3.50 (RRP) for a 425g box.
The limited edition partnership follows the cereal brand teasing the product on social media ahead of its official launch.

Sidemen manager Jordan Schwarzenberger said: “Best Cereal are ‘ready to play’ with the launch of our new Honeycomb Crisp flavoured cereal, in partnership with Netflix’s Squid Game.
“We set out to create a true breakfast celebration of what fans love about Netflix’s hit show, with a flavour and format inspired by the infamous Dalgona Cookie challenge, resulting in a fun and delicious breakfast experience for fans to enjoy.
“Ahead of the launch of the second series of this global phenomenon, our new limited-edition cereal is already generating a buzz online, with fans loving this playful twist on this sweet treat.”
It follows the brand’s latest flavours which were launched last year, including Choco Crunch and Caramel Gold, as well as limited-edition Ice Cream Crunch, which resulted in more than one million boxes being sold in the first six months.
