In picutres: Lidl unveils London Fashion Week pop-up
Lidl is to launch its first ever London Fashion Week pop-up, ‘Patisserie Lidl”, paying homage to its baked goods after it was named as the most popular supermarket bakery earlier this year.
The pop-up at 55A Dean Street, London, will offer sweet pastry treats and a limited number of the viral Lidl x Nikolas Bentel Croissant Handbags from 9am to 4pm on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 September.

The limited-edition ‘Croissant Handbag’, which previously sold out in under two minutes, was designed by artist Nikolas Bentel and is a tribute to the discounter’s popular bakery item, of which it sells 122 every minute.

Shoppers who missed out on the initial drop will be able to purchase one of the leather handbags for £50, which are being sold on a first-come-first basis.

Patisserie Lidl will also be serving baked goods, including the grocer’s ‘All Butter Croissant’ for 59p, with all proceeds going to children’s charity NSPCC.
