Tesco is helping it’s customers to get organised this year with its Delivery Saver Christmas slots opening a week earlier than last year.
The UK’s largest retailer will be opening Tesco Delivery and Click+Collect slots open for everyone on 21 November at 6am.
However, those who are signed up to an Anytime Delivery plan or Click+Collect plan can get a two-week head start with slots opening to this group at 6am on 7 November.
Delivery Saver is Tesco’s subscription-based delivery service designed to help reduce the cost of regular online grocery orders, with a range of plans running for 6 or 12 months and starting from just £2.49 a month.
The plans mean any orders will be delivered to you or available through the Click+Collect service at selected stores.
The news comes as Tesco has launched a festive recruitment drive ahead of the busy Christmas period, as it looks for 30,000 temporary colleagues across the UK.

Managing director of Tesco Online, Tom Denyard said: “We’re looking forward to helping customers across the UK pick up some family favourites or treat themselves to something special this festive season and our convenient Delivery Saver plans not only give you early access to slots this Christmas, but they can also save you an amazing £150 a year on delivery or collection fees.”
He added: “And as we help customers plan ahead for their Christmas shop this year, there is no better time to sign up to a Delivery Saver plan and benefit from festive priority slot bookings.”
Last week, Morrisons also revealed that it is set to open Christmas delivery slots this month, giving customers the chance to plan ahead for the busy festive period.
