Jamie Oliver Group appoints Megan Van Someren as new CCO

The Jamie Oliver Group has appointed Megan Van Someren as its new chief commerical officer to drive commerical and brand growth.

Reporting directly to CEO Kevin Styles, Van Someren will also lead the digital, marketing, creative, product and partnership, sustainability and social impact teams across the Group.

She joins the role with over 23 years of stategic brand development, having been the global food and beverage chair at Edelman and having worked with food companies including Nespresso, Kraft Heinz, Unilever, Kellogg’s and Danone.

“I am delighted Megan is joining us on a permanent basis as chief commercial officer,” CEO, Kevin Styles said.

“Over the last six months, we’ve worked closely together on the new strategic direction of the Jamie Oliver Group and I have been impressed with her strategic planning, her in-depth and invaluable knowledge about the food market both locally and internationally, and her passion for the brand, the business and the people.”

Van Someren added: “I genuinely feel this is the role I have been working toward my entire career. It brings together all my experience working with global food businesses in brand transformation and commercial innovation but with meaningful impact at its core.
