Greggs has expanded its partnership with high street retailer, Primark to launch the third ‘Tasty by Greggs’ café.
The 114 seat café opening today, is located on the second floor of Primark’s Northumberland Street store in Newcastle.
The menu features Greggs sausage rolls, bakes, sweet treats and Fairtrade freshly ground coffee, as well as sharing size boxes of pizza, iced lattes and stotties.

Customers can also make ‘grab and go’ orders at the store for Click and Collect via the on-the-go food retailer’s app.
This adds to the partnership’s current sites in Brimingham and London, with the Newcastle shop also featuring vibrant interiors and backdrops, with donought inspired seating booths, a sausage roll swing and an interactive Greggs phone box.
“Following the success of our first two ‘Tasty by Greggs’ cafes in Birmingham and London last year, the opening of our third café in Newcastle, the home of Greggs, marks another milestone moment for us as we continue to focus our efforts on new on-the-go locations where people work, shop and travel,” Greggs property director, Tony Rowson said.
