In pictures: Tesco’s free pop-up Christmas Market

Tesco has taken its annual Christmas market on the road for the third year in-a-row, in partnership with brand agency N2O.

The Christmas activation, which allows customers to “try before they buy”, aims to show the right way to celebrate Christmas no matter what their budget.

N2O chief operating officer, Clare James said: “With the current tough economic climate, we’ve focused on offering customers a memorable free experience, with lots of festive food and drink to try, a free gift-wrapping service and tips for how customers can still bring some budget-friendly joy into their celebrations this year.”

At the Romford branch, the brands with a presence at the activation included Costa Coffee, Coca-Cola, Schwartz, Garners and Tesco Finest.

Other brands with a presence at the moving-Christmas market will include Disney, Coca-Cola, Lurpak, Costa Coffee, Schwartz, Maltesers, Kopparberg, Amarula, McVitie’s, San Pellegrino and Tesco Finest.
