Naked Wines has appointed Stephen Bolton as a non-executive director for the company with immediate effect.
Bolton possesses nearly forty years’ experience in the areas of operational and strategic finance, investor relations and risk and compliance.
He will also chair the company’s audit committee at the online wine retailer.

His career includes 13-years at alcoholic drinks company Diageo, where his most recent role was group controller. Prior to that, he was finance director at Unilever.
Additionally, he has previously been a non-executive director of the Clarks footwear brand.
David Stead, Naked Wines chairman, said: “I would like to welcome Stephen to the Naked Wines board, as we move forward with our recently announced operational and financial plan.
“His experience as a finance executive with a leading, international alcohol beverage company will be invaluable to Naked Wines during this new chapter.”
