Tesco buying manager Dom Hill has left the retailer to join Red Bull as part of the energy drink’s upweighted revenue management team.
Prior to his most recent soft drinks role at the UK’s biggest supermarket, he was wholly responsible for managing its craft beer and lager categories.
Hill also played a significant role in upping the retailer’s listings for stronger and more experimental beer styles throughout 2019.

Hill also took on commercial management duties from 2013 to 2017.
“I wish Tesco and all the fantastic people who work there all the success in the future,” he said.
“I cannot wait to get started at Red Bull.”
Hill’s career at Tesco spanned a total of 12 years, having joined as a graduate management trainee in 2010.
The news comes in the wake of Tesco being named the most desirable company to work for, according to a new study.
