Nisa launches 100% recyclable customer leaflets

Nisa has announced its paper consumer leaflets will now be 100% recyclable in a bid to improve its sustainability.

Made from recycled fibre, the FSC certified leaflets have replaced the symbol group retailers former virgin paper pamphlets, reducing its carbon footprint.

Media company, HH Global who manage Nisa’s marketing related print requirements, put these changes into play in May 2022.

Over the timeframe of 12 weeks, the fully recyclable paper change has amounted to 1,480 trees saved and reduced carbon emissions by 60%.

Each leaflet also now includes the universal recycling symbol and non-profit, Forest Stewardship Council logo to provide reassurance to consumers.

Nisa account director at HH Global, Gary Hunter added: “I’m thrilled by the savings we have made through the switch to paper that’s produced from 100% recycled fibre and is FSC certified.”
