Gopuff has secured a multi-year deal as the O2 arena’s official partner, bringing instant food deliveries to fans and entertainers throughout the venue.
The grocery delivery service’s partnership with London’s largest music venue will be offering a click-and-collect service, allowing fans to bypass concession queues.
Orders can be submitted via the official O2 app with the service available to all eight million annual visitors and the world-renowned artists performing at the venue with backstage deliveries of performance essentials.
“This partnership allows us to continue investing in improving the customer experience for our fans and premium clients, and with digital ticketing and other innovative solutions available for all customers via The O2’s app, we’re making the concert-going experience as seamless as possible through digital means,” AEG global partnerships executive vice president Paul Samuels said.
In celebration of the partnership, Gopuff will be launching its ‘Treats for VIP Seats’ campaign. Available throughout 2022, customers across the UK can enter to win seats in Gopuff’s VIP suite for an upcoming event by purchasing select products from the food delivery company.

The news comes as Gopuff reports 10x order volume in the last six months since launching, as the company aims to meet customers, brands and partners where they are.
