Five new products: Pukka, Gordan’s, Pringles, Cadbury, Robins

Pukka Family Favourites range

Hot pie brand Pukka is bringing its category-leading pie expertise to the frozen fixture with a new range of four-pack puff pastry pies.

The Family Favourite range, which includes Beef & Vegetable and Chicken & Vegetable puff pastry pies,  joins Pukka’s existing frozen line-up, including its microwaveable twin pack pies.

“Our research shows that over half of UK shoppers have negative perceptions of frozen food when it comes to taste and quality,” said Pukka head of marketing and innovation Rachel Cranston.

“Our existing range of frozen pies already outperforms competitors on quality and taste, with over half of consumers saying they’d choose Pukka above other brands.”

Gordon’s launches Gin flavours for summer

Gin brand Gordan’s has launched new flavours, which it describes as ‘perfect’ for spring and summer festivities.

Gordon’s Tropical Passionfruit Gin and Morello Cherry Gin is stocked across selected Morrisons and Asda supermarkets.

“We know that gin variants such as Morello Cherry and Tropical Passionfruit tap into the growing consumer demand for flavours, which is growing at a rapid rate,” Diageo’s head of Gordon’s GB Jessica Lace said.

“With this in mind, these variants are well placed to engage consumers as we approach the spring and summer seasons.”

Pringles adds new flavours to Passport Flavours

Cadbury Mint Breakaway bar spotted in the UK

Robinsons expands Fruits Creations range

Britvic has expanded its Robinsons Fruit Creations range with the launch of a Zingy Lemon & Raspberry flavour.

Research showed that shoppers who buy premium products tend to spend 46% more than those who only shop mainstream.

Robinsons’ new release is in a prime position to take advantage of this market – helping grocers drive sales up.

“We’ve seen the Robinsons brand go from strength to strength, with a flurry of innovation and development in recent years.” Britvic commercial director Ben Parker said.

“In fact, sales of Fruit Creations, in particular, are up (+5% vs YA ), and this latest addition to the range – rolled out in refreshingly bright and vibrant packaging – marks a huge step in our strategy to continue driving value and premiumisation within the squash category.”
