Griffith Foods has acquired The Flavourworks for an undisclosed sum.
The UK company will join the global product development partner as part of its European and African division with sister sites in the UK, Belgium, South Africa and Spain.
The acquisition will expand Griffith Food’s selection of partnerships with European food retailers, processors and quick service restaurants.
The Flavourworks is best recognised for its variety of marinades, flavoured butters, rubs, oils, sauces and glazes.

The company has recently seen a time of growth and has expanded into the food service industry.
The company has been gearing up to enter a period of rapid expansion, with the new addition factoring into its “ambitious growth plans” over the next decade.
As part of the deal, The Flavourworks is also set to add an extra manufacturing arm to company’s infrastructure along with its other assets.
