Mars has launched new 100 -calorie alternatives to its Mars, Snickers and Twix chocolate bars.
The low-calorie range will have the same recipe but at a reduced portion size, according to the confectionery manufacturer.
“If you’re like me and love a sweet treat but are calorie conscious, these chocolate bars are for you,” Mars marketing director Kerry Cavanaugh said.

The manufacturer said the format is aimed at the 68 per cent of Brits who recently said they would prefer a smaller portion of their favourite chocolate bar to a large, low-sugar version.
The new range can be bought in single or multipack (10 in pack) format with an RRP of £0.40 and £2.79 respectively.
