Lidl has once again been certified as a “Top Employer”, “highlighting us as one of the best employers in the country”, said the retailer.

Lidl has also received the coveted Enterprise Seal, underlining the consistently high standards and quality processes for exemplary HR management at an international level across 31 countries.

Lidl produced outstanding results in the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning, Employer Branding, and Integrity areas. Lidl also delivered significant improvement thanks to consistent development in the Onboarding area.

Founded three decades ago, the Top Employers Institute this year certified 2,300 Top Employers in 122 countries/regions, on five continents.
