M&S launches new health range
M&S has unveiled a new range of salads, snacks and meals to make it easier for consumers to eat their recommended amounts of fibre and vitamins.
Titled ‘Nutrient Dense’, the new line consists of 20 products, which were developed in collaboration with M&S nutritionists. The products were designed with a ‘Nutrient Dense nutrition criteria’ in mind, which was made in consultation with the British Nutrition Foundation (BNF).

This comes as the National Diet and Nutrition Survey 2025, published by the UK government, showed that 96% of the UK population did not meet the daily fibre recommendation.
M&S head of food nutrition, Grace Ricotti, said: “Our Nutrient Dense range is perfect for customers looking to support their health as each recipe is packed with the key nutrients we all need in our diets.
“With the increase in popularity of weight-loss injections, a reduced appetite can mean missing out on important nutrients and that’s why nutrient density is so important. These new meals, snacks and drinks can help everyone get more fibre, vitamins and minerals in their diet. We challenged ourselves to make products that are denser in nutrients than calories, so every single mouthful is packed full of more of the good stuff we all need.”
The range will be available from 5 January 2026.
