PepsiCo has expanded its non-HFSS range with three new products that launched at select Tesco stores on 9 September.

The new range, titled WOW, has introduced three new products, Wotsits Real Cheesy, Wotsits Lightly Salted and Snack a Jacks Apple & Cinnamon.

This expansion comes as families are increasingly looking for healthier options made with natural ingredients and flavours for children’s snacking occasions.

The brand’s new range was created using strong consumer insights and category insight to try to cater to the changing needs of families.

According to the business, the range is baked with no artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and is made with real ingredients such as cheese and apple.

The Wotsits Real Cheesy and Lightly Salted products are made from chickpea flour, while Snack a Jacks Apple & Cinnamon is made from corn.

Tesco is set to launch a wider rollout from March 2027, with each of the multipacks of 6 having an RRP of £2.30 each.

Lauren Jones, marketing director for Better-for-You at PepsiCo, said: “WOW is all about offering fun snack choices for families.

“By bringing Wotsits and Snack a Jacks into this new range, we’re giving families more choice across everyday snacking occasions while creating a new opportunity for retailers within better-for-you snacking.”

This is part of PepsiCo’s wider commitment to backing healthier choices, previously transforming its portfolio to improve the HFSS content.

This launch will be backed by retail media initiatives and a wider plan to drive shopper awareness and product visibility.
