Cadbury extends Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham partnerships to 2030

News

Cadbury has extended its partnerships with Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur for another four years, taking its relationship with each Premier League club to a decade.

The Mondelez-owned chocolate brand will remain official chocolate partner across both the men’s and women’s teams at all three clubs through to the end of the 2029/30 season.

The renewed agreements represent Cadbury’s longest-running commitment to football to date and will see the brand continue to use the partnerships for fan engagement, community initiatives and exclusive matchday experiences.

Cadbury said the next phase would focus on creating more “money-can’t-buy” experiences for supporters while continuing to recognise community figures connected to each club.

Over the past six years, the partnerships have seen thousands of fans given access to matches, player experiences and club-led initiatives.

At Liverpool, Cadbury has worked with Fans Supporting Foodbanks, donating more than 12,400 protein and chocolate bars to people in need across the region.

The brand has also supported Alzheimer’s Research UK through Liverpool FC, with a campaign during the 2025/26 season generating 8.9 million impressions and 3.1 million views through the club’s channels.

As part of the initiative, Anfield-based staff also received dementia awareness training.

Liverpool FC chief commercial officer Ben Latty said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Cadbury and continue the important work we have delivered together over the past six years.

“From raising awareness of dementia, to helping tackle food insecurity across our communities, this partnership has always been about making a positive difference.”

At Arsenal, Cadbury has used its ‘Game Changers’ campaign to spotlight people who have supported the development of women’s football and grassroots communities.

The initiative has featured Arsenal Women players alongside local figures, including coach Jen Kelly, who was recognised for more than a decade of work with Islington Borough Ladies Football Club.

Arsenal global partnerships and ventures director Omar Shaikh said the renewal reflected the “strength” of the relationship between the club and Cadbury and would allow the pair to continue creating experiences for supporters.

Meanwhile at Tottenham Hotspur, the brand’s Hotspur Heroes campaign has celebrated fans who have made contributions to their local communities.

Recent activity has included a private training ground tour with former Spurs captain Ledley King for lifelong supporter Lyn Silver-Markell, as well as a coaching session with former Spurs Women captain Jenna Schillaci for a community football volunteer.

Tottenham Hotspur chief revenue officer Ryan Norys said: “Since the partnership began, Cadbury and Spurs have shared a commitment to recognising those who dedicate so much to the Club, and we’re proud to continue working together to bring that shared purpose to life.”

Across the three clubs, Cadbury has also run nationwide ticket giveaways, seasonal campaigns around Easter and Christmas and exclusive experiences involving current and former players including Declan Rice, Leah Williamson, Virgil van Dijk and Ian Wright.

Cadbury partnerships and owned channel lead Louise Page said: “Football’s power to bring people together is unrivalled and these partnerships let us do what Cadbury does best: create moments of happiness for fans.

“This next chapter will extend that celebration by supporting both men’s and women’s teams at Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur as we commit to championing local communities and creating unforgettable experiences for fans.”
