JellySqueeze lands Waitrose listing and wider Tesco rollout

News

Fruitypot has expanded distribution of its JellySqueeze brand with a new national Waitrose listing and increased shelf space in Tesco.

From 19 April, JellySqueeze will be available in 180 Waitrose stores and on Waitrose.com.

That will be followed by a Tesco range extension from 5 May, taking the brand into more than 450 Tesco stores nationwide.

The latest gains mean JellySqueeze will now be stocked in more than 1,100 stores across the UK, alongside its existing presence in Asda and on Ocado.com.

JellySqueeze, which Fruitypot describes as the first jelly pouch product to launch in the UK, is positioned as a lunchbox and on-the-go snack.

The resealable pouch is made with fruit juice and is free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives.

Managing director Sarah Booth said the expansion reflected rising demand for convenient snack products that appeal to both parents and children.
