Morrisons rolls out 350 more Amazon self-service kiosks
Morrisons has expanded its partnership with Amazon by introducing 350 Amazon self-service kiosks across the UK.
Shoppers can initiate a return through Amazon’s app, follow the prompts and scan the QR code at the self-service kiosk and drop off the parcel.
The kiosks will be located next to the Amazon lockers or customer service desk in stores.

John Parry, head of services at Morrisons, said: “With parcel deliveries now a part of everyday life for most people in the UK, the introduction of Amazon return kiosks in our stores makes it simple for customers to return parcels during their weekly shop, making it easier than ever before.
“This convenient new service adds to our existing range of in-store offerings to help our customers and give them more reasons to shop at Morrisons.”
Moving forward, the retailer has plans to increase the number of kiosks at its stores and the rollout is expected to be completed by early 2026.
The move is part of Morrisons’ commitment to expanding its services offered in-store to meet customer needs.
The retailer also operates a number of in-store services, including photo printing services, parcel collection and the UK’s largest network of in-store cash deposit points.
