Fortnum & Mason has joined rapid delivery service Zapp, to provide 24/7 on-demand home deliveries for its London shoppers.

The premium department store said the partnership will see a range of products, including loose-leaf teas, tea selections, biscuits and hampers available for customers across the capital.

Fortnum & Mason said the launch is designed to meet the changing needs of modern consumers, allowing customers to enjoy its luxury products without leaving their homes.

“We are always looking for new ways to bring our products to customers in a way that complements their busy lifestyles,” said Fortnum & Mason chief brand and creative officer Liz Darran.

“Partnering with leading tech brand Zapp ensures our customers can enjoy their favourite Fortnum’s treats whenever they wish, delivered in minutes, 24/7.”

Zapp director Rowan Lawson added: “We’re delighted to welcome Fortnum & Mason to Zapp, offering our customers instant access to some of the most sought-after luxury products on the market.

Fortnum & Mason is the latest brand to join Zapp. In 2022, the delivery service added luxury brands such as as LVMH, Antinori, Apple, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Bamford and Belvedere to its app.
