Falling sales for the viral drink Prime have seen Tesco place the product in a reduced bin, to be sold for only 39p.
Shoppers took to social media to post photos of Blue Raspberry and Strawberry Watermelon Prime Prime bottles in the supermarket giant’s “reduced to clear bin”.

The drink initially became popular in 2022 when co-founders and social media sensations Logan Paul and KSI first launched their debut flavour.

Since then the duo have dropped a variety of flavours including Cherry Freeze, Lemon Lime, Lemonade, Blue Raspberry, Strawberry Watermelon, Ice Pop and Tropical Punch to be sold at £2 across supermarkets.
Late last year the brand posted a huge jump in sales, which saw it named as the fourth most popular energy drink on the market.
However the brand has also faced controversy: last year it came under scrutiny from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over dangerously high caffeine levels, and a failure to make it clearer to parents of its unsuitability for children.
Earlier this week the brand came out with its latest concoction – Strawberry and Banana, which can be found for RRP £2 in Iceland.
