Silver Spoon undergoes rebrand across entire product range

Sugar brand Silver Spoon is rebranding, rolling out new packaging across its entire product range.

The new look packs have been re-designed to help customers find the right product more quickly and will include usage visuals to help consumers select which sugar is most appropriate for their need.

The brand’s caster sugar now features a Victoria sponge cake, while icing sugar includes buttercream icing, and light brown soft shows chocolate chip cookies.

The new packaging will also retain known variant colours, such as pink for icing sugar and yellow for caster sugar, to help consumers shop the category more easily.

The changes come as consumer research found that while 62% of Brits prefer to bake from scratch, shoppers often don’t know which is the best sugar for them.

Silver Spoon marketing director Tim Albert said: “This is a milestone moment for our much-loved brand. Our new clear, colourful and intuitive packaging will help customers find exactly what they need quickly and more easily.”
