Protein brand GetPRO has been named as Team GB’s official yoghurt partner for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The year-long partnership will see Danone’s protein brand work together with Team GB to champion a healthy lifestyle and raise awareness of the importance of a nutritious and protein-rich diet in maintaining and growing muscle mass.
Over the course of the next year, GetPRO – which first launched in stores in September 2023 – will be working with Team GB to support their athletes as they prepare to compete at Paris 2024 next summer.
From February 2024, Team GB will feature on-pack across GetPRO’s ranges, which includes 11 high-protein snacks such as healthy yoghurts, puddings, and mousses.
The news comes as rival protein brand UFIT has revealed that it has just surpassed 100 million bottles sold in the UK.

Category director of yoghurts at Danone UK and Ireland, Tom Hickton commented: “We are all extremely proud to be partnering with Team GB, and to support the athletes who will be representing Great Britain at the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.
“At Danone we believe in the importance of food and nutrition in maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
“We know that protein is an essential part of a healthy diet, and by working with Team GB we hope more people will discover the important role that protein plays, whether it’s helping to push their physical fitness to its absolute peak as Team GB athletes will do in Paris 2024, or supporting them on their own exercise journey and achieving their own fitness goals.”
