Nisa has promoted Kim Clarkson to head of senior partner services as it looks to boost its senior leadership team.
Clarkson most recently held the position of head of cost to serve, identifying ways to improve profitability through proposition, network or customer facing activity.
However, she wil now be developing the convenience retailers proposition around supply chain functions, logistics, stock control and partner support service, The Grocer reported.

Clarkson first joined Nisa in 2017 as head of fresh, frozen and direct to store and previously worked for supermarket giant Sainsbury’s in a variety of roles including head of bakery trading and head of meat, fish and poultry trading.
The new head of partner services will be assisted by Karen Hopkinson who was appointed head of supply chain and logistics in May.
This news comes as Nisa is accelerating the roll out of Jisp’s ‘Scan & Save’ loyalty programme to all of its retailers in the UK as it looks to deliver competitive discounts on key products,
Following a successful trial – where over 200 Nisa retailers signed up to the scheme – an average of 3,500 voucher redemptions per store were recorded over a 12-month period, increasing in-store sales on average by more than 20%.
