John Lewis Partnership to recruit for over 10,000 roles

Waitrose parent company, The John Lewis Partnership, is recruiting for more than 10,000 roles across the country.

The vacancies are available in both Waitrose and John Lewis stores, and across its distribution network, with training in customer experience to be provided through shops and its dedicated School of Service.

The partnership will be recruiting more than 2,800 seasonal roles across its 329 Waitrose stores, including supermarket assistants, night shift and customer delivery drivers.

In its 34 John Lewis stores, there will be over 2,900 temporary roles in sales and merchandising positions.

The upmarket retailer is also recruiting 2,700 seasonal roles in its supply chain through the recruitment agencies it works with, including warehouse operatives and drivers for Waitrose and John Lewis deliveries, and Click and Collect orders.

In addition to the seasonal temporary jobs, a further 1,700 positions will be available across both Waitrose and John Lewis in a variety of roles over coming months.
