“We are delighted to welcome Mollie to Britvic and to my executive team. She brings a wealth of commercial legal experience, is adept at advising Boards and Executive teams, and has a demonstrable ability to lead and inspire the people around her,” Britvic CEO, Simon Litherland said.

Stoker added: “I am excited to be joining Britvic plc at this stage of the company’s ambitious performance and growth agenda.

“The company is determined to make a net positive impact for people and planet, as well as financial performance, which I personally find particularly inspiring, and I am looking forward to being part of Britvic team.”

She will be taking over the role from Clare Thomas, who is joining Whitbread plc after 10 years with Britvic.

Litherland added: “While I am very sorry to see Clare go, this is a wonderful and well-deserved opportunity for her, and I’m delighted to see her progress in this way. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Clare for everything she has done for Britvic.”
