Hundreds of thousands of fresh turkeys are set to go on sale across Tesco stores as the final run up to Christmas approaches.
Rolling out from Monday 19 December, the fresh festive staple will be available alongside the leading retailers supplies of frozen turkeys.
Looking to help shoppers save this Christmas, Clubcard holders will be able to purchase some of Tesco’s most popular turkeys on Clubcard prices from next week.

In addition to Tesco’s widened turkey offerings, its distribution team will also be delivering a further 1.3 million bottles of prosecco and half a million boxes of mince pies to its stores around the UK in the next 10 days.
“There have been challenges across the food industry in recent months, but we want our customers to know that we’re still planning for a great Christmas,” Tesco UK & ROI CEO, Jason Tarry said.
“Our colleagues and suppliers have worked relentlessly to ensure that everyone can find all they need for the festive season at Tesco. This year, household budgets are under more pressure than ever and so we are absolutely committed to helping our customers with the cost of the Christmas shop.”
Tarry added: “From next week, we’ll launch our Festive five veg price cuts, as well as some unmissable deals on our fresh turkeys for Clubcard members.”
This comes as Tesco has launched a dedicated section across 1,957 of its Express stores for “easily forgotten” Christmas items as it experiences a rush among customers to buy essential, but often forgotten festive staples.
